Refund Policy

Effective date: July 21, 2026

Cloister Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record and processes payments and refunds on our behalf.

Our policy

We want you to be happy with Cloister. If Cloister Pro isn't right for you, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Because the free tier lets you evaluate the core timer before buying, we may decline refund requests that fall outside this window or that appear to abuse the policy (for example, repeated buy-and-refund activity).

When a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and Pro features are locked at the next license check.

How to request a refund

Contact us at support@dochigarden.com with your order number or the email used at purchase. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method; processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law where you live. In particular:

• European Union / EEA / UK: You generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Where you ask for immediate access to the download and license and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins, that acknowledgment may apply as permitted by law.
• Republic of Korea: Consumer withdrawal rights under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce apply as provided by law.

Lemon Squeezy's own terms and refund handling also apply to the transaction.
